Can you imagine our surprise as our very own Father Christmas rolled down the driveway with a four-wheeled donation!

Robert Hannah and his family had heard about the work we do here within the Care Home and wanted to express his support in a practical way...donating a fully accessible minivan!

The vehicle comfortably seats up to three residents along with ample space to secure a wheelchair.  It is fully equipped with an electric wheelchair winch to ensure residents can access and exit the vehicle smoothly and comfortably.
Operations Manger, Tony Brown, feels the minivan will soon become an indispensable addition to the Home.  'The internal spec is perfect to ensure residents can travel safely and comfortably, whilst the discreet exterior enables residents to travel as individuals in their own right'.

Care Manager, Catherine Jones is delighted.  'The minivan will enhance the everyday experience for residents.  It means we can undertake more resident outings and travel further afield, as well as being able to take residents to simultaneous health care appointments at different venues. It's going to make a huge logistical difference to the Home.

Our thanks go to the Hannah family, for their generous and kind support.  This is one unexpected Christmas gift that really will keep on giving!
