William Simpsons is set within six acres of glorious grounds, providing ample opportunity for residents to enjoy the nurturing power of nature. 

Nestling within the main building are two courtyard gardens, which the ground floor flats open into and the balconies of the first floor flats overlook, making them easily accessible for residents to enjoy. 

A large walled garden, complete with original Victorian greenhouse, orchard and raised vegetable beds separates Flat 9 from the main home and provides a peaceful, sheltered space in which to spend time. 

A wrap around garden of formal flower borders and lawns encompasses Flat 9 and shows the traditional Victorian villa at it’s best. 

Residents can access and enjoy all areas of the grounds, from the dedicated ‘walking football’ pitch and the putting green area to the many walking and wheelchair routes.
